Primary role

Maximize revenue in Russian accounts by achieving or exceeding sales quota.

Activity concentrates on the sale of new engineering software licenses, renewal of maintenance or lease in high-end industries alike aerospace, automotive, and energy.

The account manager is responsible for the entire sales cycle from market analysis, suspect identification, lead generation, opportunity development and closing. He reports directly to VP of Global Sales.

We are only looking for sales professionals having experience in sales of engineering / data analytics software to large enterprises in industries like Aero, Auto, Energy, or Manufacturing.

Job functions:

  • Qualify customer context and needs and identify their pain chain.
  • Develop sales-plan for each customer.
  • Align solution offer and presentation to identified needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing & application engineers for better results.
  • Develop relationship with customers at C-level and prospects in a bottom-up or top-down approach.
  • Build customer portfolio focusing on large key accounts.
  • Build and maintain reliable forecast and track of opportunity development process in CRM system.
  • Promote company solutions and knowhow in conferences and trade shows.
  • Organize workshop events with marketing support.

Job qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in software business after at least 1-year successful career in engineering activities.
  • Experience in any of the following: PLM, simulation and analysis software, data analytics and BI software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation.
  • Ability to work in full autonomy in a self-motivated mindset.
  • Available for frequent domestic travels.
  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of aerospace or automotive or energy markets (OEM & supply chain).
