DATADVANCE and the "Robotics and Complex Automation" Department of the Bauman Moscow State University started the cooperation

In December 2013 DATADVANCE company and the "Robotics and Complex Automation" Department the of The Bauman Moscow State Technical University signed the agreement on collaboration. The agreement's subject is the cooperation in order to improve future engineers education and to carry out joint research projects and programs.

"It has been long since the western companies are successfully using the technologies of optimization and data analysis, which includes our pSeven software, in their design process. As for domestic industry, despite the highest engineering competence, there is often no understanding of the advantages that the above mentioned technologies could bring.  This leads to the decrease in competitiveness on a global scale. One of DATADVANCE company priorities is to introduce the PSE/MACROS package into the educational process of the leading Russian technical universities for the sake of the new generation of engineers, mastering  the  advanced technologies from a student's bench",  — said Sergey Morozov, DATADVANCE' CTO.

"Participation in the joint research and development projects, as well as our students` involvement into the analysis of Russian and foreign projects, methodologies, instruments and technologies, is outlined in the agreement. This is the opportunity for the Robotics and Complex Automation Department students to acquire more competences and skills than they usually get while learning how to use only the basic computer-aided design tools, which already are the industry de facto standard. This will put them in the advantageous position compared to the peers for the employment and career upon graduation," – claimed Gennadiy Timofeev, the head of the "Robotics and Complex Automation" Department.

DATADVANCE intends to continue working on strengthening its cooperation with academic institutions of Russia and Europe.
