PSE 1.7.5 Released
DATADVANCE development team is pleased to announce the release of PSE 1.7.5.
The major feature of this release is the cluster queuing support added to the std.ShellScript block. It can now submit jobs to a computing cluster controlled by SLURM or TORQUE manager and also supports SSH connection. The std.ShellScript block type has also received several smaller feature updates since the previous PSE 1.7.3 release, which are detailed in the release changelogs.
A number of updates were done to improve the graphical interface (PSE GUI) usability and fix various GUI stability issues. In particular, it will no longer crash when terminating a workflow which contains adapters.SolidWorks blocks, and will properly inform user when performing long-running operations in background so the GUI does not seem unresponsive. Detailed bugfix information shall be found in the PSE 1.7.5 changelog.
