DATADVANCE Participated at NAFEMS World Congress 2019

DATADVANCE exhibited and presented at the NAFEMS World Congress 2019, held on June 17-20 in Quebec, Canada. The Congress is a major biennial international event dedicated to engineering analysis, modeling and simulation. NAFEMS, the organizer of this event, is the voice of the CAE community, representing over 1300 member organizations worldwide from OEMs and suppliers to leading academic institutions and prominent software vendors.

The Congress comprised hundreds of sessions, divided into different topic areas and themes: Driving Design with Engineering Simulation, Implementing Simulation Confidence, Deploying your Simulation Capability, and Effective Simulation of Materials. Congress also hosted Technical Symposia on Manufacturing Process Simulation & Additive Manufacturing Systems Modelling & Simulation, Digital trends and Virtual Material Modelling in Manufacturing Industry. AI, Digital Twins, VR & AR and Industry 5.0 are some of the topics that the Congress covered. More than 450 abstracts have been submitted for presentation in Quebec, DATADVANCE paper among them.

Anton Saratov, Head of Application Engineering Department at DATADVANCE, presented the “Automatic Detuning of Steam Turbine Rotor Blades’ Eigenfrequencies Away From Critical Areas» paper within the Optimization Session.
