DATADVANCE exhibits at the Transvalor International Simulation Days

DATADVANCE will participate with a booth at the conference organized by its’ technology partner Transvalor, the developer of simulation software for forming processes of metallic solid and liquid materials as well as for polymers.

Transvalor International Simulation Days will take place on October 15-17 at the Sophia Antipolis technology park of the French Riviera. The conference embraces plenary and parallel sessions dedicated to solutions for manufacturing processes by Transvalor ― FORGE®, COLDFORM®, THERCAST®, REM3D®, DIGIMU® and TRANSWELD®. It also hosts the workshops, speed meetings and an industry exhibition, DATADVANCE booth within it.

At the Casting Technology session on October 16, Sami Elsabagh and Eike Runschke from Georgsmarienhütte GmbH will present the “Lean Simulation of Solidification, Cooling and Forming Processes”. The paper develops on combining simulation tools by Transvalor with data analytics and design of experiments techniques of pSeven to explore the design space for holistic full-scale models, determine boundary conditions, understand parameters interactions, avoid numerical catastrophes, cut the number of necessary simulations, analyse the data in almost realtime scale and apply acquired knowledge in plant trials.
